DECEMBER 2020

 We had a very busy month of December in Junior and Senior Infants. Our learning themes were 'Winter' and 'Christmas'. We explored these themes in all of the subject areas of the curriculum. The following are a few sample images of our work and activities.

Winter Theme- We worked on sequencing winter stories in History and learned penguin facts in SESE. This was linked with winter art-snowmen and Penguins..

We explored the Christmas theme by reading the nativity story,  engaging in Christmas aistear activities, Christmas art and of course-the Christmas nativity play- 'Its a baby'. We took part in active schools Santa dash and even had a zoom Santa visit .We had lots of fun along the way....
